Purpose and Scope

The 6th International Turkish Russian World Academic Research Congress (UTRAK) will be held in Ankara on 29 to 30th of December, 2023.
The objective of the Congress is primarily to bring together scholars from Russia and Turkey and the scientists from various countries in the world working on Russia and Turkey and on the peripheral geographies of these two countries, to discuss historical, social, political and cultural events on a scientific plane.
It is aimed to shed light on the political, social and military past of the Turkish - Russian relations which have reached an unprecedented moment in history today.
